Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your access to and use of ExpoData (the “Service”) at expodata.in. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. The Service

ExpoData helps businesses capture exhibition leads over WhatsApp, understand them with AI assistance, and follow up by WhatsApp and email. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.

3. Your responsibilities

• Obtain any consent required to capture and message the people whose details you upload.
• Use WhatsApp messaging in line with WhatsApp’s Business Policy and applicable laws.
• Keep your account credentials secure and be responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not use the Service to send spam, unlawful, or misleading content.

4. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform, AI providers, email delivery and Google Sheets. Your use of those integrations is also subject to their respective terms.

5. Data

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the lead data you capture; we process it to provide the Service.

6. Fees, payment and refunds

Paid plans are billed yearly in advance in Indian rupees plus GST, through Cashfree Payments, and do not renew automatically. Payments are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund and cancellation policy. The free trial covers your first 25 captured leads.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, ExpoData is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or suspend the Service where necessary. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Service at any time.
